Runescape Hunting Guide
Hunting Leveling Guide Required items:
2 Bird Snares
Axe
Knife
5 Box Traps Bird snares and Box Traps can be bought from a hunting shop in Yanille or Nardah. Level 1-19 Start by heading to Yanille and buying 2 bird snare, then head south to Feldip Hunting Zone (Jungle). On the coast there will be red birds called Crimzon Swift but you can only use one bird snare at this level. Level 19-33
Hunt Crimzon Swifts till your level 19 and then head inland till you find Tropical Wagtails, once your level 20 you can use both of your bird snares. Continue hunting Tropical Wagtails till your level 33. Level 33-43 Once your level 33 get a axe and knife, chop a tree and set up a deadfall trap near some Barb-Tail and wait. You do not need bait as it takes up room and wastes time. Level 43-53 Head to Piscatoris Hunter area (Woodland) which is north of Eagle's Peak and North-west of Gnome Strongold and talk to the Falconer in the Falconry area where you can rent a Falcon for 500 gold pieces. Just find some spotted Kebbits and left click on them for the Falcon to swoop and in and pin it to the ground for you to collect the loot. Level 53-64 Buy 5 Box traps (You can only use 3 at level 40-59, 4 at 60-79 and 5 at 80-99) and then head back to the Piscatoris Hunting Area (Woodland) and hunt Chinchompas till your level 64. Level 53-99 (Reccomended you hunt Red Chinchompas to 99) At level 64 you can hunt Red Chinchompas (at Feldip Hunter Area) which sell for around 700 gold each so I reccomend catching these as you can make around 280,000 gold pieces per hour and get very good experience. This is probably one of the fastest ways to level hunting while making some decent cash. |
